1General Terms & Basis of Agreement

N88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between n88 and its members.

By accessing the platform or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You are voluntarily agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is legal in the country from which you are accessing the platform.

N88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use n88's services:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Eligibility: Online betting must be legal in your country or region. n88 cannot be used from jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Self-Exclusion List: If you are on a self-exclusion list with any gaming regulatory body, you are prohibited from using n88.

N88 may request documents for age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Account Registration & Management

Each individual at n88 may only open one A single account only account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, report it to n88 Support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Please contact the support team for any changes to your personal information.

4Deposit & Payment Rules

Deposits on n88 are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily limit: BDT 1,00,000 (without account verification).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• There are no fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Deposits made through third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, keep your receipt and contact support.

N88 reserves the right to flag suspicious transactions and may place a hold on deposits pending additional verification.

5Withdrawal Rules & Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making any withdrawals from n88.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing Time: Typically within 24–72 business hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Daily withdrawal limit: BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

N88 complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Any suspicious withdrawal request will be subject to investigation and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

6Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on n88:

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted, unless n88 confirms a technical error.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• N88's decision is final regarding the acceptance or cancellation of bets after a match or event has started.
• If an event is cancelled entirely, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If an event is rescheduled and the new date is more than 24 hours from the original, the bet may be considered void.
• In an Accumulator bet, if any single selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
• N88 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

For any disputed betting outcome, n88's decision is final and binding. To file a complaint, contact Support within 72 hours of the event concluding.

7Bonuses & Promotional Offers

N88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Available one time only.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 10–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used before that date will be forfeited.
• Misuse: Bonus abuse and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Certain sports or markets do not count toward wagering requirements.

8Security & KYC Verification

N88 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification procedures in line with international standards.

• ID Document: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
• Payment Verification: Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

All KYC documents must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal. n88 may request additional verification at any time. Withdrawals will remain on hold until your documents have been verified.

9Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n88. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

1. Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
2. Registering with a false identity or inaccurate information.
3. Hacking an account or attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
4. Using betting software or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
6. Participation in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
7. Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.

In cases of fraud, n88 reserves the right to share relevant information with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10Account Closure & Suspension

N88 may close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• If there are discrepancies in the information provided during KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Directions from regulatory authorities.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded, excluding bonus funds.

11Limitation of Liability

N88 is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to loss of internet connection.
• Temporary service disruption due to technical issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment issues.
• If your password or account details are compromised due to your own negligence.

N88 is committed to continuously improving its services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or emergency situations.

12Responsible Gaming Policy

N88 takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every member to treat betting as entertainment, not as a source of income.

• Members can set their own daily or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to take a temporary account break (cooling-off period).
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available.

13Policy on Changes to Terms
